my name is Hank and I was born in Scotland in the year 1947, in a town called
Strathaven. I left school and joined the Royal Marines and served twenty
two years. In this time I developed an interest in art, and in particular
glass engraving. Some of my work is in the hands of the Royal Marines and
Royal Navy. Each piece that was considered 'a good piece' also had accompanying
it 'poetry'. This developed and is still developing. Each piece is unique
to me and what was my own past experiences. This collection of art and poetry
is but a few. Read and enjoy, look at how I was seeing life then relate
if you can, imagine if you cannot but do enjoy. |
