The Soldier (Royal

From
day one he is trained to
fight
His countries enemies who may be right
Courage and valour is the soldiers flag,
his badge of destiny is to suffer and if need be - to
die
So that all can live and love in
peace
Is death his Freedom!
Or our price for
PEACE
Should a Man 1
Should a man do less than Ought! - If he sees injustice done.
Or if he does less, is that the
Injustice
Should a Man 3
Should a man possess the gift of prophesy
For he has known the past, and lives for the present
If he has the gift of prophesy - would not he be treading on God's territory
- and if he sees to-morrow
Would not he then be stealing from God!
Should a Man 2
Should a man live his life to the love of Romance
Or live up to the pain of
Reality
Still as yet in a Dream
If I died this minute this day - who would lose?
Would the world lose, a man or intellectual being or gained the knowledge
that I have lived
Would my thoughts wonder for evermore through the rivers of eternity -
or would they mix still and unseen, to live in a being,
Still as yet in a
Dream
The Dream
I stand at the center of a scene
About and around I see mirrors crisp and clean
I wonder if I am the dreamer really I am the Dream
